General information about online purchases at Esbjerg Camping
Sales and Delivery:
Below you will find useful information about using online booking. You can read about how we process your information, how to receive a receipt for a purchase and much more.
Payment:
All prices in the online booking system, like everywhere else on the website, are written in Danish kroner, including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise stated and clear in that situation. The prices are stated in euros and are indicative. The prices are indicative, and errors may occur, but always the same price as the website.
You can choose whether you want to pay in full when booking, or whether you want to pay half and the rest upon arrival at Esbjerg Camping.
Payment is made using one of the accepted debit/credit cards for online booking, including Visa, Mastercard and Diners. (A surcharge applies for payment with a foreign credit card.) The amount will be deducted from your account the moment you have booked and paid.
Changing Booking:

When booking and paying for a cabin, a place for your own tent, your own caravan or motorhome, you will receive a Booking confirmation from Esbjerg Camping, which includes the account for your purchase. It will be sent via email immediately after purchase, if the correct email address is provided by the buyer. If it does not arrive, please contact Esbjerg Camping on tel. +45 7515 8822
Check-in and check-out times are stated in the above booking confirmation.
Right of withdrawal and refund:
Camping: (Does not apply to seasonal pitches)
- If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, however, a cancellation fee of DKK 500.00 will be deducted.
- If cancelled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the price of the stay will be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, there will be no refund. If you have only paid half of the payment at the time of booking, you must pay the rest.
Cabins:
- If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival, the full amount will be refunded, however, a cancellation fee of DKK 1000.00 will be deducted.
- If cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the amount will not be refunded.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, there will be no refund. If you have only paid half of the payment at the time of booking, you must pay the rest.
Once you have started your holiday with us, the booked period is binding and you cannot get a refund upon departure before the booking expires and it cannot be transferred to others.
Registration of information:

- Esbjerg Camping reserves the right to make price errors in online bookings, so the prices stated on the website and catalogue always apply.
Complaints handling:
If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase, and you have not received an error message from the system, please contact us on Tel. +45 7515 8822
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the stay, the right to complain ceases in accordance with Section 83, subsection 1 of the Danish Sales Act, unless otherwise agreed.
When Esbjerg Camping receives your complaint about a booking or similar, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Esbjerg Camping will decide whether the received item should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
